Good question, answers?
-
If you are looking at Kydex Blade-Tech make an excellent line for competitive shooters. I use their product exclusively for IDPA and am very happy with their line.
Take Care

I have an OWB Galco Combat Masteer and a IWB Crossbreed SuperTuck, I like the IWB Crossbreed better because of it being so confortable, both fit CZ85.

@ PistolPilot
Is that holster leather?
Thanks

Unless Safarilaminate TM is leather I'd say no...only the lining is. ;)
-
I have a Bianchi 19L made for the Beretta 92F which fits perfectly.
-
I wish we could get more 85 owners to chime in. I'm having trouble finding a holster I like that fits and doesn't break the bank.
-
Also looking for holster options for my CZ 85C to be used in IPSC Production Class.

Garrett Industries makes a fine holster for the 85C. Kydex exterior with a leather lined interior. Great retention on this holster and very adjustable. This is the second one I have purchased through them. I also have one for my FNP. I have the paddle attachment on both of mine and am very happy with them.
You can also get them with belt slide mounts and in black or coyote brown. They have top shelf customer service and are able to do custom work for you as well. Highly recommended.
Just Google up Garrett Industries. The one pictured here is the Silent Thunder Champion.

my 85 combat fits perfect into a fobus beretta 92 paddle holster

I got one of the iTac holsters, and the drop extender off of eBay... works like a champ for the 85 combat. It lists for the CZ75, but they're mostly the same gun anyway. Love mine.

I use Hogue Universal Powerspeed Holster. Works great, adjustments is easy by following the instructions carefully. I removed the magnet which will wear your finish easily.

this is the holster I use for army duty. IMI serpa "clone" bought from www.zahal.org
lightweight, fast draw (when used to blackhawk serpa it's muscle memory) and just as durable.

Don't forget the Custom leather option. Lobo Gunleather fits holsters to the CZ75 and has several different models.
I am having a pancake model built with a lining to try to help preserve my CZ85 Combats finish a little while shooting IDPA.
I had a slide guard added and zero cant for a faster draw as I am not worried as much about concealment.
Lobo will build it the way you want in several color options.
I am just a satisfied customer with soon to be four Lobo holsters.

Red Feather Gear is making me one right now for my 85C, going to be very similar to the one in the pic. I'll post it up when it arrives.

After much searching and comparing, I decided on the Yamam from Front Line/ 7.62 Precision. One of the main factors was the left hand option, which is the reason I got the 85 in the first place. I just got the holster today, and am still waiting on my CHL, so no big review. It does conceal nicely in a pair of pants, and sits high enough that the back pocket is still usable.

I have an 85 combat and went with an Alien Gear 2.0 holster. I tried a Fobus for the CZ85 and Beretta 92 and they fit poorly,

For those looking for a leather OWB holster with a thumb break, I can verify the De Santis thumb break scabbard, listed for the FN FNS Longslide (9mm or .40) fits my 85B like it was made for it. I only use it with thumb break snapped.
-
Blade Tech offers a nice IDPA package. Tension adjustable too!
-
Will the 85C fit in the Bladetech OWB holster for the 75?
-
Excited to get my holster in from Red Feather Gear. He just finished it today.
That sure is a great looking holster!
-
I have an 85b. I see holsters for the 85 and the 85c. Will both fit an 85b?
Randy
-
Yup
-
Any thoughts on this holster? I'm trying to find out if it fits the 85B.
