I have a chance to buy a Kadet NIB from my local shop for $205 plus tax. From what I have read here that is a good buy. What do you guys think? I own several CZ's and this would be new "area" of interest.

Could you tell us where?
Thanks
-
yes please, tell us where; oh and BTW don't buy it it's a bad deal (more for us czhen just go along with it

I do computer work for these guys and they usually sell me stuff at cost. This item was orderd by a man who also ordered a CZ75B in 40S&W, but decided not to buy the Kadet. Unless they are hiding something this is the only one they have.

Yes, it's a very good buy, and a "must have" accessory for any CZ 75/85 owner.

Put it on hold today at the gunshop. I am going to have some surgery and will be "out of commission" for about two weeks, but they will wait on me. Had to fix the computer again today.

It is indeed a good deal if everything is included that comes with the kit. A kadet kit comes with the Kadet slide and two 10 round magazines. Some distributors will take one mag out and sell it separately from the kit and reduce the kit price slightly making it seem like a good deal. This usually happens with dealers that sell a good number of these kits. Doesn't sound like that is the case here.

Had "bilateral something hernia" surgery. Translates into major pain between the old legs and the most unusual swelling I have ever seen. My abdomen is also swollen, nurse says that it is normal. I will be glad when it is over!
