Title: How to pin a CZ stock
Post by: CZBren805 on October 07, 2017, 12:20:20 AM
Does anybody have any experience with pinning either the fixed or adjustable CZ Bren 805 stocks?  I am looking for suggestions on the best methods to use.

Thanks,

I'm just throwing ideas out, but looking at the adjustable stock you could just drill straight through it and use a small carriage bolt . Or for the fixed stock you could drill 2 holes in the block and stock on the bottom and add a plate with screws into the plastic.

Is this a state requirement?

Yes, in general to be featureless in CA when the rifle has a removable magazine then the stock cannot fold or extend.

I don't have one at this moment but waiting for the stars to line up.  However, I do have a scorpion.  See my thread  to give you some ideas.
I hope this helps.

Recently saw a post by Beanz2 on another forum with an interesting solution that does not require drilling.  The approach uses a simple woodruff key which is a metal half circle that can be bought for under a dollar at many hardware stores.
