Title: Magazine and grip compatability?

I'm just getting more into CZs, so not very familiar as of yet. Currently only have a Tactical Sport, Czechmate Parrot and Shadow 2 all in 9mm. Are grips and magazines of these models compatible with the standard 75B series? Basically meaning, if I order magazines and grips online that state they are for the 75B, will they work/fit?  TIA.

TacSport magazines are not interchangeable with standard CZ75 mags. The magwell on the TacSport prevents a standard CZ97 grip from fitting, but it is 97 sized, not 75 sized.

I don't have a Czechmate or S2, but I believe that is also true for them.
