Is there any difference in the single action trigger pull on a stock 75b vs stock 75sa? I know SA has flat trigger and understand b is da/SA. But in SA mode, is pull on Saturday heavier, lighter shorter reset, etc compared to a 75b?

My sa 75 trigger pull is lighter than my 85 b. Both guns are stock at this time, no work.

The basic mechanics/geometry of the SA pulls are the same. The SA trigger is adjustable for travel so take up will be different, but actual reset, weight, creep will be the same.
That said, there can be a lot of gun to gun variation. So you might get an excellent trigger in either or you might get a terrible trigger in either. If you can try them out and pick the one that has the least camming, you will be ahead of the curve.

Thanks!!! Exactly what I was looking for. So unless don't want da on the gun or want a flat trigger with adj, it doesn't really matter?
-
Frame and safety are different also, may be subtle, but if you like a higher grip for a range/sport gun, you may like the SA frame better.
Personally, I would pick the model based on the ergonomics/feel then try out triggers and pick the best of the group.

And you can always convert a DA/SA 75B to single action only if you want later. I did just that and have been shooting my original 75B frame in bullseye matches for several years as single action only with the Kadet slide but only recently with the 9mm slide.

Interesting ... so is the opposite true ... if one were really lusting for the 75 B SA because of the upswept beavertail ... could it be converted to a DA/SA?
