CZ-75 Tactical Sport -need advice

I own and shoot both CZ-75B's in 9mm and CZ-40B & P in 40 S&W. I have been intrigued by the CZ-75 Tactical Sport in 9mm. I have a few questions:
1. Do the normal CZ-75 magazines work in the Tactical Sport?
2. Will it shoot point of aim with 147 gr factory ammo or reloads using 147 gr. bullets at ca. 900 fps?
3. Why a fixed rather than adjustable rear sight?

cz75 mags won't fit..you need the TS mags.

have no idea if it will shoot POA or if you will need to make adjustments...

fixed sight is more durable...but easy swap if you want the adjustable.
