CZ 82 Refinish
« on: December 24, 2007, 07:48:32 PM »
I just got my CZ 82 back from refinishing.  I had purchased it from Classic Arms and the finish on it was flaking off.  So I sent it to Ahlmans to get their re-blue matt finish put on the CZ82.  I sent "as is" not dis-assembled.

Ahlmans did a fantastic job!  They completely dis-assembled the CZ82 and re finished all of the parts (slide hammer, frame, etc.).  The matt re-blue gives the CZ82 a classy look.  If your interested in refinishing your CZ82 consider Ahlmans.

Here you go.... here are pictures of the refinishing of my CZ82. The next step is to get a set of nice wood grips.

Wow!!!  That looks fantastic...  Man, really sharp, I'm going to have to look into that.

The 82's are a prime canidate for refinishing and restocking. Yours looks very nice, I am planning on a couple more refinishing projects when my next 2 come in from Centerfire this week.
