A warm hello to everybody.

I'm from South Africa and have been shooting actively the past 20 years.

I own a CZ75 and a CZ85 - both pre-B.
Also in the process of acquiring a NZ75 and can maybe get a Tangfolio Ultra IPSC at a decent price if the shooting gods keep smiling on me.

Thus I prefer the CZ platform.

The 85 I bought for my son to shoot with as he is left handed but is still too young to obtain a lisence for the pistol.

The NZ75 is for my wife who is slowly getting into the shooting sports.

Problem is that with the new Firearm Control Act lisencing is a huge effort - both financially and time consuming.

Been reading through the forum and learned a lot. Thought I knew a lot till I came across this site.

Welcome to the forum.  Yes there is a lot of good information passed on this forum, which makes it so interesting.

My home country instituted a firearms registration policy a few years ago and, by admission of the people running the programme, it is too costly, too unwieldy and has been ineffective in achieving its stated goal.

How do you like the NZ?  Wish we could get them here.

Good shooting.
