Showing my ignorance, what's the 'BE' stand for and what's been done to that nifty looking pistol that you're shipping?

Widge,

I call these the Bullseye series . . .  or you can call it the B-Enhanced.  It's really long list of mods, and if you want it, I would be glad to oblige.  These accurized 97's have the mechanical accuracy potential to shoot a single hole group @ 25 yards.

I'm another that is anxiously awaiting David to finish up on my own personal take of his 97BE. Mine started as an early model glossy blue without front serrations on the slide. It should look similar to the one he posted here, except that I'm opting for the 85C trigger on mine. He should be shipping mine on Monday after he makes a couple more adjustments and gets the sights dialed in..... Come on Wednesday!!! I'll be sure to post some pics when she gets here!

Eric,

Your's looks something like this, if you know what I mean ;)  The glossy blue with the SS barrel bushing is gorgeous.  I did your 11 degree crowned barrel in a high polish blue to match the pistol.  On second thought, you may not get this one O0

You're such a tease, David! She's looking great, and I can't wait to see her in person. I know that cameras can't do the bluing justice!
