Hakan is an artist
« on: September 15, 2012, 02:45:05 AM »
Just received a second set of CZ-75B grips from Mr. Hakan Pek from an order several months ago.  I now have four grip sets (two CZ-75B, one CZ-75 compact and one Browning Hi-Power).  I will post some pictures as soon as possible; Hakan is a true artist.  It is worth the wait.

Regards,

John

The last two I received were for the 75B's ordered at the same time.  The first came in about two months (Hakan let me know of the delay for the wood to cure) and the second two months later (again, Hakan let me know of the delay; he has had some health problems and was away from his home for awhile).

To me it was worth the wait.

John

Great looking grips!!!

Plus, I know how cameras really don't do justice to great wood, so I can only imagine how good they look in person.  Hakan isn't the fastest, but I absolutely love his work.  Part of me wants to order a nice set of 1911 and CZ97 grips from him, since I'm sure I'll have one down the road. :)

*Edit*

@house2...I don't want to hijack the thread. I posted my pics in another thread in this sub-forum. Linked below.
