Marlin Model 60 .22LR Optics Options?

I know this is a random topic but any input would be great.  I have an Old Marlin Model 60 that my dad bought me when i was 13.  It's a great rifle and has been kept very well.  Recently i drilled swivel studs in the stock, added a sling and bipod, now all i need is a good optic.  Trying to transform her into a "small game"/"Survivalist" kinda rifle.  Budget=$100-150 approximatley, dosnt need to be anything crazy, just a solid basic magnified scope.  No red dots or holos.  ANY IDEAS?

Simmons 511022 is just fine for .22 caliber, not real expensive either. Mase for the .22 Mag so a little more heavy duty than some others.

Sightron S1, Weaver 40/44, Nikon Prostaff Rimfire would all serve you well.  My personal recommendation would go to the Redfield Revenge.  Very good glass, made in the Phillipines but built to Leupold quality standards (Leupold owns Redfield and their Revolution series is built in the same factory, by the same employees as all other Leupold scopes).

I put a very inexpensive 3-7 BSA scope on my JC Higgins/Marlin single shot 22. It was a fraction of your budget.

It works fine for the intended purpose.

A lot of folks don?t know it, but a nice Airgun Scope will work well on a 22
AG Scopes are set-up to take the Airgun?s reverse recoil
Are tough enough for 22?s and are less expensive than most other Scopes
Even WalMart has some nice Airgun Scope on the cheap
