I doubt that a CNC would even be necessary to create the follower. it's no more than stamped mild steel with a round bend in the forward part of it. I'm thinking that it wouldn't be hard to heat up a little mild steel, maybe .120 and hammer one out. it's incredibly simple design lends to easy fabrication.
I'm thinking that with a Wolff extra power spring, one could cut a loop of the spring base to give a little more room, then make the follower significantly shorter, allowing 10 rounds to be stored in the mag & reliably feed.
