.357 SIG from CZ
« on: February 13, 2006, 10:14:33 AM »
Has anyone heard of CZ making a model in .357 SIG or barrels to fit some of their other guns? I saw at a chat room that someone had heard CZ was looking into making a model in the SIG caliber or adding the caliber to an existing model. With their line of 40's, it would be a simple conversion to change barrels and build the SIG. Actually, it would be great if CZ would make .357's for some of their existing guns, like the 40B and 40P. After the problems we 40P owners had with getting Bar-Sto to make .357 SIG barrel for the 40P (which didn't work out for those who hadn't heard), I'd about given up on having a CZ in .357, but maybe CZ could make one themselves. It would probably be a lot less expensive than the B-S barrel I had to return and it would be from "the factory". I'd buy one!

We have NOT heard of that, and I'll be surprised if they do.

.357 SIG is a lot like 10mm: sold primarily in the U.S., and not a sold a LOT, even then.

If may happen, but I'd expect other things first.
