How can CA people buy an Omega

I live in CA and want to buy a CZ 75 B Omega, which is not on the roster. What can I do?

PPT or inter family transfer from someone out of state.  I think that is about it.

Heh ya, i left that one out being a Californian my self. I have had the same suggested to me and it always stings a little. I may escape one day....

Some folks do sell firearms NIB (new in box) unfired. Most of the ones you will find will have been shot but usually not much, 500 rounds on a CZ75 is nothing. Plus, all steel CZ's are tanks. For the most part you really only need to be concerned with the exterior finish. Still, a through inspection before purchase is always suggested.

Being an Illannoyian myself I feel some of your pain. At least we got a "decent" shall issue CCW law last year.

4 more years and I'm out of here.  O0

I have heard tales of people who own second homes outside of California buying out of state, no roster firearms, then asserting a California domicile and transferring that NIB unit to a buyer. If you know such folks, you may explore the concept
