Refitted today.

I did not chill or heat anything. The bushing itself, i could push it into the slide 1/2 way just by hand. A few light taps with a soft face hammer and it was home.

The cross pin channel is a little tighter than stock, but not too bad. I thought about running a drill bit through but decided to insert the pin first. It was a good tight fit, so i left it alone.

Barrel install into the slide is a little tight. I ended up tapping the under side of the barrel down with my soft face hammer and it popped right in.

Taking the barrel out is a little tight too. I hope over time this will wear in.

I will take it out to the range tomorrow during lunch to see what's what.

Litespeeds,

It does indeed fit the SP-01, 9mm.  All SP-01 barrels are .550", whether 9mm or .40.

SP01Shadow,

Yes, we already have.  Our second 10X barrel bushing design will work on .500" OD barrel full size 75's as well as the compact 75's.  They are in heat treat and we should have them in the next 10-14 days.

The improvement is insane for how simple of a mod it is!

If I end up picking up a CZ85 Combat, definitely considering getting this...

David doesn't blow his own horn much...I'll help out. This is a group of 10 shot with one of his 97 BE's at 50 feet one hand...granted not a 75.

Yeah...the shooter has a ton to do with it...it isn't me.

I had the right to remain silent...

but not the ability.

Awesome.  I will wait for that one to come out too so I can place one big order.

So let me get this straight, the one for the .550" fits the SP-01 and the 75 TS whether 9mm or .40.  The new one will fit the .500" for the P01 as well as the 75 BD.  Please confirm this.  Thanks.

If that includes the Phantoms I will need another one.  ;D

I'll at least buy one of the .500" when they come out - I've a feeling that'll only be the first.
75BD, P-01, Kadet 2 ... so far

He has one bushing that fits the large diameter .550 barreled SP01's and SP01 Shadows or the .40 caliber CZ 75's - YEP!

He has one bushing that fits the Tactical Sport  but it is not on the website yet - YEP!

He has one version for the .500 diameter barreled CZ 75 full size and Compacts Which would include the 75, 75B and BD but not on the website yet  -  YEP!

The Tactical Sport looks to be a stand alone version with it's own profile compared to the others from what I can tell  -  YEP!

With all this accurate information, I'm feeling obsolete . . . . . .

Thank you for the awesome report on the 10X bushing. I think the group size reduced from 3" to 2", which is a marked improvement. That 1" could make a world of difference in precision shooting.

Thank you for the kind words. And the details. I agree, the bushing is a must do. I shoot bulls eye, and it does make a difference when the group sizes are reduced by 30 or 40% ! Well done CGW.

I just placed an order for one. Installing it should be fun.
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)
