KRISS USA says that they are not effected by the Swiss bankruptcy and all products will continue to be produced.

Yeah, but not all made in Switzerland anymore. If you look on their web site you'll see the US flag icon on models now made here.

Not really, as said before KRISS is making the Sphinx SDP compacts & duty size, as well as the Subcompacts.
