Two of my friends ordered SP-01 Compacts after shooting mine. Of course, they had me order Cajun parts. Here's mine and the two awaiting for their Cajunizing.

Nice looking pistols Scarlett. What's the treatment on the front strap on the copper gripped one? I've put skateboard tape on the front strap of a 1911 like that. Is there a pattern to cut it to shape by?

Thanks! Just skateboard tape. No, I haven't made a pattern yet but I think I will in a week or so. I just cut little slits or triangles where there are changes in the angle.

Not is your collection exceptional to admire, but I just say thank you for an unexpected consequence. I showed my wife how many you have and my collection of 4 suddenly seemed more than reasonable (even humble) to her! Thanks for paving the way good sir!
