Are original CZ-82's expected to go up in value over the next 20-30years? 
I guess there is not a ban on their importation; but, it does not seem that
a lot of them are getting imported....

Most military firearms increase in value, especially ones no longer produced.  When there is a finite number of anyting, value increases.
