P-07 IDPA Holster?
« on: December 27, 2016, 04:47:19 PM »
New to IDPA.
Want to use my P-07 GEN2.
Having trouble finding proper OWB holster for that competition.
Just learned BladeTech only makes holster to fit P-07 DUTY. It doesnt fit P-07 GEN2 model.
Any recommendations?

Thanks!

I use a hogue that I got on amazon.  Has a retention lock but you can draw pretty fast.

Fobus CC paddle, no retention, fits 07 or 09. $21.00 + ship on Amazon. Fobus magnetic retention holster that fits P07 & 09 from Israeli Tactical Gear. $27.00 on Amazon. This one takes a little longer to be delivered.

I suspect the P09 holster from blade tech will work. I have one for my P09, and it serves its purpose very well

Ended up with a Comp-Tac "International."

It is a bit long, as it is designed for both the P-07 and the P-09.

But, it fits!

Morning,

Do you use the gun with the decocker or do you use it with the safety installed?  I am thinking there may be a P-09 in my future as it would be lighter on my ailing shoulder.  See you in August.

Bob- My P09 is set up as a decocker-  I simply prefer decockers over the safety to be honest. If I want the safety, I'll use my CZ 75B or my 1911.

Looking forward to working the state match again with you.
