PCR EZ Sights
« on: January 11, 2017, 10:42:16 AM »
Good morning all, looking to upgrade my PCRs sights, does anyone run CGWs EZ sights on their PCR, how do you like them and do you have any pictures of the sights on your gun?

Thanks

Not sure if this will help but I have the EZ/D 9-40 sights on both my 75B and SP-01 and I like them a lot.  The wide rear notch makes for fast target acquisition with my old eyes.  If you decide to fit them yourself just go slow.
If I had known how much better being retired is than working I would have done it FIRST.

CGW came out with special night sight for the PCR's unique rear sight cut recently.

Here is the thread on it.

"New" PCR Tritium Night Sights

Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

Those new sights do look great, but man are they small. My old eyes have issue with the factory sights so I'm not sure those are what I'm looking for.

I understand, I can see the front sight or the target but not both at the same time!  I like a big wide rear sight, makes finding the front sight easier.

Not on my PCR, but on my Phantom, I actually had the factory rear notch widened and added a FO to the front.  The width on teh rear made a huge difference for me.

One of the "super seniors" I compete against says he usually takes a file to his rear notch and widens it to suit his needs.  He thinks it's easier than changing sights, and he is probably right I just hesitate taking a file to my pistol!
