New guy with Tristar C-100 and P-09
« on: January 14, 2017, 07:05:31 PM »
Hello all,

I've been pondering CZ type pistols for several years but never found one local to handle. Recently saw a Tristar C-100 for a really good price and got to handle it. Well I left but had to go back and get it.

I'm glad I did. Put a CGW spring kit in it and did about 1000 dry fires. Took it out for the first time and man was I pleased. Immediately went home and picked up a G30s that had been gathering dust and carreid it to my LGS and got a good trade for a new P-09. DA trigger was gritty as all get out but SA was nice. thanks th this forum the DA is SMOOTH now.

Thanks to terry mc for the Canik/Tristar thread and Joe for his P-09 tips. Both threads made my new pistols very nice.

Now I've got to figure out what new grips to get for my C-100. Need something thinner.
