Often if you get a tight bushin to barrel fit it just takes some jiggling. Try turning the barrel just a little and jiggle it while applying just a tiny bit of pressure. It my surprise you and drop right in when you find the sweet spot. I have one like that. It does no good to use force. You just have to find that spot and it will drop in when you would have never thought so.

Bushing installed, that was easy, now what do you do when you cant install the barrel,  when barrel is on the angle bushing fit too tight. One post mentioned tapping the recoil lug with a delrin hammer. Think I'll call CGW tomorrow

Mine was like this the very first time - a VERY light tap popped it in, and no problems thereafter. I guess it broke in after the 1st range session as it now goes in without any problems although some jiggling is usually required.

I tapped the recoil lug with an 8 oz Soft Face Hammer. It worked great. It's a Czech gun, some smacking required!

Pretty easy, just align it as best as you can from the start.

So if it doesn't line up do you just tap the bushing back out and start again ?

Assuming you don't have to file the bushing yes, but it's really quite hard to mess up.
