I'm partial to Stainless Steel, Hard Chrome & Nickel finishes, here are a couple of mine that are favorites.
Custom Colt XSE Lightweight Commander and my Coonan Compact.

It's big, it's beautiful and it's a .44 magnum. And it's mine and I took this picture.

Gotta say my 6" nickel Python is the best looking handgun I've ever seen.  Granted, the worst possible carry gun, expensive ammo, poor capacity... but dang it's sexy.

I'm all about Purdy!!! :-*
While I don't consider the Broomhandle or Luger to be good looking, I do put them in the "Exceptionally Cool" category. Even the 1861 Navy Colt goes there in a homely sort of way.

You have to admit that cowboy guns set the standard for handgun beauty. So my first choice would have to be the Colt Peacemaker & variables.
The picture does the Ruger Montado (bottom) absolutely no justice. It really is a beautiful pistol.

Next, I have to go with a fighting pistol & nothing screams fighting like a good ol' 1911. I need to add a Dan Wesson Bobtail, something fierce.
Don't get me wrong, I think my matte stainless 75B is nice but the P01 just looks better.

And to support my argument on the 6" Colt Python (nickel, not stainless or chromed!), I submit:

The best looking Gun is the one you use every day.

Wife: Is it broken?
Me: No.
Wife: Then why does it need to be fixed?
Me: I knew you wouldn't understand.
Me: You're way smarter than I am babe.
Wife: Ok, so if it's not broken and not fixed, what exactly is it?
Me: It's taking time Hun. Just taking some time.

hahahahaha..   so many good lines! good chuckles and laughs!  okay, back to business!  although I do have to say, I too have found a certain 'appeal' to good guns.. that have 'character".   my Greatgrandfathers .22short Winchester pump w/ octagonal barrel complete w/ scratches / dents  in wood,  and all steel having turned to 'plumb'...   is downright attractive as well!  and I find some twerks acceptable and even highlighting a good gun.. or girl!  I once dated this girl.. hahaha

thanks guys! back to guns!
