The Estonian guy
« on: March 22, 2017, 09:02:50 PM »
Hi there, forum!

I'm checking in from Estonia, northern Europe, maybe 1000 miles north from CZ factory.

We've got quite a few CZ pistols around here, some of them just sitting from the dark 1990-s, and as the guns are very rarely carried and hardly ever used at all, they often tend to be in very good conditon. The guns just sit in the safes - I've recently bought two CZ83-s, one of them from 1995 (shot about 300 rounds), and one from 1993 that had been used just once, about 10-15 rounds. I've shot both of them some more (not keeping the count) and they still feel and look like new.

Cheers, juss

Welcome from the great State of Texas!

Someone in another thread had been looking for any CZ83s in .32 ACP.

Have you seen any in your part of the world?

Have you found any CZ92s?  I'd like to add one to my collection if they'd ever be able to ship them to the USA.

Welcome! A quick internet search seems to indicate that Estonia is a relatively decent place for private firearms ownership. Are you from the Tallinn area? Very nice city to visit and a good micro brewery scene too.

Welcome from central Ohio and I feel a little jealous on the ease of CZ pistol acquisition from Estonia.

I had to wait 3 months for my dealer to get a CZ 75 SP-01 (pure luck actually) after CZ USA said it might take up to 8 months!

But it was worth the wait, the gun is pure shooting pleasure.

Welcome to the forum. Congratulations on purchasing your new to you CZs. How much did you pay for your CZs in Estonia? I was wondering how it compares to the prices in the U.S.A.

Welcome to our forum.

Full size "SIG Sauers",  "CZ" sport pistols,  and classic collectible "USGI 1911s"  have always been among my favourite guns.
I've been an avid collector and a shooter for decades, but  I never stop learning,
After over 38  years of guns-ownership I still enjoy shooting my own reloadings at IDPA ranges at least twice a week.

JMO this is one of the best gun forums among the several I belong to, hope you'll enjoy your time here.
