Fun mix and match there!  Exactly why the OP still needs to get the Stainless.  Viola!  2 new 2-tones on Funday!

I guess it's too late now , but so that you know , the SP-01 19 rounders work perfectly in a standard 75B .

pictured here with the lifter mod ( and some others )  to accomodate the Shadow slide which does not have a FPB .. Nice combo

Well , once I put the stainless slide on the shadow frame to see how it looks and it was horrible due to the longer frame of the shadow, but the reverse is quite pretty.

Plus you have to bear in mind that Shadow slide are heavier due to the thicker blanks used for the barrel , it was a nice middle ground. Mildly heavier than a Standard 75 , but not as heavy as a Shadow.

What I really like with this combo , was the full rails of the shadow slide on the shorter frame. One reason I would really love to get an SA some day ... I think they just look better than the standard 75.
