Congrats, Tango, that's a good price.  Looks like the price may start coming down now that there's some supply available in the U.S.

Hopefully we'll see the same price trend on the P10C. I just can't get excited at a compact polymer striker fired gun, but just want one for my curiousity.

I can see spending MSRP for a Shadow 2 when it was just released, but for me, not for a P10C.  If the P10C turns out to be a great shooter, I'd consider paying MSRP for a non compact P10.

Compared to what I've been seeing I think the prices we paid are decent

1049 is a great price!

I feel fortunate getting it locally for 1139. I don't mind paying an extra 62 bucks for a local business AND the ability to try the trigger before purchase in this case

I initially looked at a Shadow 2 at another LGS a few months ago and was not impressed

Yeah, that's a big bonus being able to handle it and try the trigger before purchasing.  There are plenty of them around now and you can see what kind of markup dealers have been charging.

Get a Discover card. It will save you the headache of hunting down good prices :P

You have price protection on Discover cards. I bought my S2 when they first came out for MSRP from CZC. Then I just filed a claim against Tombstone Tactical for 1069 or however much it was, and Discover refunded the difference. You just hvae to send in an ad. It doesn't even have to be in stock.

This applies to 99% of purchases and can be used on Black Friday deals at all. It's a brilliant benefit since they are essentially losing zero money and just gets more people to use their card.

I handled the P-10 at the recent NRA show!
 the hype is real!
I am not into poly framed weapons so will not be getting one but the gun is fantastic.
likely the best poly framed gun trigger I have handled out of the box and the reset is super, super short.

You have me drooling. We "civilians" cannot buy those here in CA as they are not on our roster. They do come available "used" but for a bit more than that price.
