Tim from Greer SC
« on: May 15, 2017, 03:52:14 AM »
:D Hello all.  Like the subject says, name is Tim and I live in Greer, SC.  CZ wise, I have a CZ 75 TS I have had for a few months and have a CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow (91155) coming this week.  Based off the CZ design, I also have a Tanfoglio Stock II and two Spinx SDP.  Been reloading since 1989, competed in IHMSA, last year was 1997.  I'm interested in getting into local IDPA and USPSA matches.  I look forward to learning about the CZ pistols.

For anyone close to me, I have 9 acres in Anderson County that is perfect for shooting.  If anyone is interested in setting up a makeshift range let me know.  I can get approximately 200+ yards for rifles and an abundance of room for pistol shooting.

Thanks,
Tim

Welcome Tim,
Our Summer home is just up the hills a bit in Hendersonville.

You have a nice selection of CZ's and I think you'll find many like-minded members on this Forum, willing to share knowledge.

Welcome, I leave for Franklin NC next week for the summer. I shoot my pistols off my deck.

Hello everyone.  Thank you all for the kind welcome.  I will have to read the directions on posting photos.

Hi czsuby, I have been to Fountain Inn a few times, looked at buying a house there next to a golf course.  I have lived here in Greer since 2012.

Vinny, I travel through Hendersonville when I go to Abingdon, VA.

Thanks,
Tim

I just wanted to say one more thing, about my name.  kisssofdeath doesn't fit a lot of forums but I have used this name since my early online gaming back in the 90's.  Since then, I just used it where ever I go even though it doesn't quite fit in.  For those who are wondering, yes it did come from the song Kiss of Death by Dokken.
Thanks,
Tim

Tim,
Some of the best peaches I've ever had, from the fruitstand on the main road into Greer! Give a shoutout through messages if you're passing through Hendersonville. There's a decent indoor range right off 26.

Welcome from central Ohio and congrats on the SP-01 Shadow acquisition.

If I lived closer, I'd take my tables and pins down for some pin shooting...

Welcome to our forum.

Full size "SIG Sauers",  "CZ" sport pistols,  and classic collectible "USGI 1911s"  have always been among my favourite guns.
I've been an avid collector and a shooter for decades, but  I never stop learning,
After over 38  years of guns-ownership I still enjoy shooting my own reloadings at IDPA ranges at least twice a week.

JMO this is one of the best gun forums among the several I belong to, hope you'll enjoy your time here.

Safe shooting.
Sergio

Didn't take long to figure this out.  Most of my time was spent in setting up a photobucket account, pulling photos from Google to the computer and then uploading to photobucket and then here.  Well, that was my route, yours may be different.  At least it is working.  I will have the SP-01 Shadow up when I get a chance.  This is my CZ TS and clones.
