Considering a Scorpion Carbine for PCC for steel shoots.

Looking at getting an optic for it as well.   Only ever used a red dot once.

Should I Co Witness or not?  What are the pros and cons of each?

Thanks for your help!

Dan
Some trust in chassis, Some in Horsepower, But we trust in the Lord our God.

If it goes "boom" or "vroom" I'm intersted.

I use a Vortex Venom (3 MOA) on my Scorpions and shoot PCC with that set up. The Venom does no absolute co-witness with the irons, more of a 1/3 co-witness. I set the rear aperture on the largest ring and can easily see the dot between shots and transitions. Most of the time, I forget that iron sights are even mounted. This has worked extremely well for me over the past 8 months.
Cheers,
Dave
