Can anyone identify this 75? Pre-b?

Looks like a a pre-b but I don't think that I have seen angled carry cuts like that. Is this common?

Looks like a B-Series Cz75 to me.  If you have access to this Pistol, does it have the Automatic Firing Pin Lock?

There's no hole in the slide where the serrations are, so I think it must not have the block.

That is a Pre-B Transitional. No firing pin safety but the modern type frame and slide with changeable front sight. The most popular for modifications because of the sights, good trigger and reset. They are getting less and less available but are very desirable.

It's a fairly typical 1993 "transitional" with a mix of features of pre-B and B. Obviously, the most important is the lack of the firing pin retaining pin in the slide serrations. The other pre-B features here are the slide stop, safety lever, front ramp sight (but not staked) and on the left side of the slide, the old CZ logo (with a seagull ) and "Para" instead of "Luger". Nice looking piece. Among the first marked Made in Czech Republic.

Thanks for the replies. Very interesting and as always I never cease to be amazed at the wealth of knowledge here.

I'd be all over it if I was in Sacramento. It's posted here should someone be so inclined:
