glad you got it figured out, cz usa should be aware of the issue and replace the disconnector for you.

I got a response from there warranty and directed me to their store website and the parts department.  Of course there website has been down all day so I called. Told the guy the issue and asked if they are making a better disconnector as we all know there have been issues. He replied that they have only replaced a couple and there is no issue with the disconnectors. As of an hour ago their site is still down.

Lots of problems with the web yesterday.  All cellular providers were impacted, most greatly on the east coast and CA.  I also noticed problems with a lot of web sites.  I have not heard what is up.
