LOK palm swell grips
« on: June 17, 2017, 08:50:10 PM »
Been thinking about getting a set of these to try for my PCR, but not sure if the bogie texture will be too much.  I like the VZ frag texture.

If you have a set, how do you like them?

Anyone have a set laying around I can take for a test drive? ::)

Bogie texture was to rough for my liking....went with the grenade on my C100.

Do the palm swell come in the grenade pattern too?

I like the factory rubber grips, but looking for something a little less clingy than the rubbers.

I use them on a 75 Shadow for comp..  The LOK Bogie grips are unique in that they almost feel "soft" to me and at the same time my hands won't slip.  I have small hands and the bogies are not hard on the hands at all ...for me.   I was using the coarse grip tape and the LOK grips are a lot easier on the hands   I was using the palm swell weak hand and flat strong hand for trigger reach.  I've switched to thin both sides and will stay with these.

I love thes grips.  But I was a daily dry firerer.    Now that I'm coming back to practice from hip replacement, I need to redevelop my calluses to be comfortable with heavy practice.    I have big hands.

I have LOK Palm swell grips on all my CZs if that gives you any indication of how much I like them. I have XL hands and they are pretty callused so the texture doesn't bother me a bit. I've heard others say it's a bit sharp for them.
