Sorry, hadn't seen that before.

I think this is a good development. IMO PayPal shouldn't be penalizing businesses that deal in firearm parts and accessories. Or firearms themselves, for that matter. I recall that CGW recently stopped using PP after they wouldn't let them sell >10 capacity mags to people in states that didn't have 10-round capacity laws. It's interesting that PP's creator doesn't agree with PP's current practices.

Good. PP has a lock on their segment of the business and needs to be taken to task for BS like this.

If you have an issue with PayPal vote with your feet -- don't give them any business.

Hmm as a staunch 2nd supporter, but also a business owner, I wouldn't want someone telling me who I can and can't service as customers.

And that's why I try my best to not use PP. I only use cold hard cash or Postal Money orders for guns and gun accessories.

Good, what a bunch of scumbags. Honestly it shocks me anyone can let their own political ideals get in the way of making larges sums of money.

I wonder if the current honchos know that pretty much every private firearm sale online goes through paypal, I've bought probably a dozen different guns and parts through them

I tend to think it's more productive to not use PayPal for ANYTHING.  If PP is the only method given for paying for goods or services then I will do without.  This is why I'm not a "team member" of another popular rimfire-centric web site as there is no other method offered to pay for that status.

PP did indeed send CGW a "cease and desist" e-mail about magazines.  They threatened to shut down our processing (at the time they were our main processor) unless we removed all magazines over 10 rounds from our website.  We had no choice.   They even called us and asked if we were processing anything to do with an actual serial numbered firearm or frame and emphatically warned us not to so.

Since I have to be me (not always a good thing) I told them they were violating everyone's constitution rights and I personally thought they were acting like a socialist/communist regime.  They really don't care what I think.

We are confident they sabotaged our "Add to Cart" feature on certain items.  So if I ever get the chance to meet a PP higher up, I plan to tell them to go to jump up the devil's you know what.

And discuss.
Why waste your time suing them? PayPal, Square, etc can set up their businesses to deal with whom they please. I am an FFL and set up my credit card processing thru PAI. I wouldn't use PayPal or Square since I don;t want these two antigun companies profitting from my efforts. Screw them! Plenty of other methods to get paid.

I was going to say, "Don't hold back, tell us what you REALLY feel", but I'd probably end up violating my own decency rules...
