OK.  Old guy solution here.  Simple.  Use grease on the rails not oil!  Had an old armorer share this secret with me.  Worked on every gun I have had. Just wipe off then excess and work the slide a few times.  It gets real slippy and easier to rack.  My lovely is on the small side too. She can run a 1911 like a Gunny Sergeant with greased rails!

Just tried this and it does make a noticeable difference.

I did this for both my RAMI BD and SP-01 Tactical.  It brought down the double action pulls noticeably with no change in reliability.

I'd also vote for polishing/smoothing various internals (e.g - trigger bar, hammer strut). I just put my surplus PCR back together after an adventure in reassembling the sear cage. Finally stripped down to removing the trigger, and went at that puppy with some Mother's. I like  the result on the DA trigger pull. May be just my perception though.

Keep shooting it will loosen after 1000 rounds.
