P-10C 25 yd single hand standing today, two targets, video
« on: July 16, 2017, 05:23:02 PM »
A little dry fire practice on Friday and Saturday, and no trigger time with the "real" bullseye pistols.  Just as I expected, I shot the P-10C quite well this morning during bullseye practice, open sights and all.   The video will finish uploading by 4:45 pm CDT Sunday, today.

I added another twist.  I mounted the MantisX device on the P-10C and videoed the iPhone screen and included it just above the target.  Well, the first target.  I forgot to start it just before shooting the second (best) target.  I haven't analyzed the MantisX scores relative to the hits on paper results yet.  I know from previous live fire experiments that there is a correlation between pulled shots and low MantisX scores.  There weren't many bad shots on these two targets, however.  I have some results from a "bad" target that I will analyze this week, hopefully.

Still no malfunctions on the P-10C and it is every bit as good as a bullseye gun as a P-07.  I'm looking forward to some CGW trigger parts, however.  The P-10C trigger pull and feel is quite different from anything else I have.  But, I can't complain about the target score results, that's for sure.

You don't even want to know how many battery operated devices with SD cards were used to make this video.   :) :)

The limitation here is not the pistol.  It is mainly my ability to line up open sights on a bullseye 25 yards away.

I'll admit to some trigger handling inconsistencies on my part as well, but I'm learning.
