What to do - PCR or P-10

Something about a da/sa gun. I love walking onto the firing line at the range and have glocks on both sides of me and laying out my p01,pcr,sp01,p226 etc. DA can be mastered and I can't think of many guns I put up there with the CGW pcr. I own and love my p10c but carry my p01 or pcr.

Cock the hammer back and shoot all SA for tight groups at the range.  If you can shoot center mass DA at 7 yds and closer good enough for SD.  Send your SA shooting target further out; aim small miss small.

Frankly I have a p-01 and am getting tied of the slide release biting muy left thumb.   I too struggle with getting rid of it for a striker fire.   Hmm the options?

The slide release hits your thumb? Lefty? That, amigo, is a new one on me. You can certainly look into it, and you could always put it up on our Classifieds section if you want - you have enough posts. If you get a chance to fondle a P-10c, go for it and see what you think.

I still prefer the P01/ PCR to the P10.

That said, I was able to fondle a P10 a friend just got. Was impressed, trigger, ergonomics was spot on for NIB striker gun.

If I wasn't flush with others strikers, I'd seriously look at it.

Pretty much this...
I practice SA most of the time, but ensure I can do a close-in, quick DA well, too.
DA is my "safety", not mode of shooting.

Final thoughts. The PCR is a great looking pistol and will look nice on my grandson's hip one day. I am just not a DA/SA shooter as was evident in a recent local match.

It's a keeper for the feel and looks but I'm buying the P-10 for IDPA and my Sig P-320 remains my USPSA handgun.

a lot has to do with what appeals to the shooter/owner.
I think the trigger/Reset  is a good bit better on the P-10, but I still like the more conventional idea of the 75 compact/P-01/ PCR myself.
I could have bought a P-10  several weeks ago for like 449, cheaper I believe than a PCR?
but honestly I am just happy as a pig in slop with my P-01 as a carry gun.
CZ poly pistols fit me well  but I am still a  hammer/metal guy.

personally I hate any striker fired pistols without an ACTUAL safety or decocker. I would never buy one. ever. and no. I don't consider that silly trigger safety on glocks or any other similar pistol to be safe if the pistol is chambered. my 2 cents
