Broken feed lips on 20 rounders

So had my scorpion back less than a week and now both my  factory 20 round mags have cracked feed lips.

I emailed the warranty department of cz and they told me to contact the accessory department which had yet to contact me.

Anyone know who I need to contact to get these replaced?

My original email went to warranty@cz-usa.com and they proceeded to replace them quickly (multiple times, actually) by emailing a FedEx label.

the springs in the 20's are severely over pressured, Those I'd cut a coil or 2 off of. Just don't go cutting any 30 rounder springs those break in pretty quick. but the 1 20 rounder I still have the last 5-6 rounds are harder to put in than putting the last 2-3 in my 30's or 32rnd manticores.

^ This, you usually get better service by talking with the cust reps and same day resolution. "except for holosun" I've been emailing and calling and get nowhere trying to get my scope caps replaced on my 515cu ,,, the front cap no longer stays closed and springs open randomly or with the slightest bump of the firearm it's mounted on  .

Oddly enough, my very first gen 20 round magazines have given no trouble, and one of them is my go to range magazine. I've been very lucky with the magazine issue, but I am going to squeeze the nickle for some more Manticore/Prepper Gun Shop magazines.
