I got a .130 front sight from CGW. It was supposed to work with the OEM rear sight. The .130 works with some of the short "combat" style but my came an OEM competition style that required a .150 like what you were talking about.

Cz customs sells a blacked out rear sight that fits nicely.  Paired with Dawson front FO.
