Sometimes the whole range trip only needs one photo
« on: September 05, 2017, 10:51:38 PM »
I ran up to the local private range I get to use once in a great while, and while shooting with one of the best small arms instructors around, I had him try the P-10C.

Long time Glock shooter, carries a modified Glock, and when he shot it, he said, "I really like this trigger." He said it seemed very light, too.

Good times, hour and a half at the range, another 100 rounds down the pipe, no malfs, and she LIKES shooting steel. :)

With those hands, too bad he didn't get to try the Sugru'ed version of the P-10C!!  Glad he liked it.  I haven't shot my P-10C since Sunday.

Hmm, his eye protection is backwards :D

If he's a pro shooter he needs to protect his eyes even more, there is no replacement eyes one can buy...
I'm not a pro shooter but have been hit with brass and sharp bullet fragments many times and glad the glasses took the hits, not my eyes.

There's a difference between pro-shooters and instructors.  8) He instructs both LEO and military, and many ties in those worlds eye protection just isn't there. I always wear mine - I have to, glasses are needed to see, and being bullet resistant is just a bonus. :)

Looks like a great time!

It took me a long time to find shooting glasses that didn't distort my view.

I still shoot best without eye protection - but I am greatful that I finally wised up and started wearing it some years ago.  I've had stuff bounce off the glasses many times.  Too bad I seldom wore hearing protection when I was younger.....

WHAT? I CAN'T HEAR YOU - BECAUSE I"M ABOUT DEAF!

Obviously, he has eyes in the back of his head.

If you'd ever seen him run a range full of officers trying to requalify, you'd swear he does have eyes in he back of his head!
