CZ Teal barrell buldge

New CZ Teal from Cabellas has slight bulge behind choke on top barrell.  I shot abut 9 boxes of shells - 8 and 7.5 dove shot.  Nothing high power.  Is this going to pse a problem, and will CZ warranty it if it is?

It's not a used gun by any chance, is it?

Perhaps by a Mr. E. Fudd?
