My suspicion is that they will work with the pistol in stock condition, but that you would benefit from spring tuning. So maybe buy a pack of springs to test.

P-01 & 147gr load data. The P-01 is the metal gun equivalent of the P-10c with nearly the same barrel length. That might be a good starting point.
? Not sure about the P-10c, but most other CZs come with 18# springs. The spring kit shipping weights are so low that it really doesn't make sense to order just the 14# kit. To be
really prepared, go ahead and get the 16#, 14# and 12#. It's going to be the exact same shipping cost for 3, so you really don't want to order those one at a time.
Either of the sources can advise you on your stock recoil spring weight and the spring ranges most shooters are using.
