« on: October 10, 2017, 05:17:01 PM »
Precision Delta 124gr JHP ar $89/1000 WHEN you buy 2,000 or more.  And since you're certainly going to shoot 2,000 or more... ;)

RMR 124gr MPR JHP are $87/1000 when you buy 3,000.

ZERO 135gr JHP are around $110/1000 when you buy 2,000 or more.

The RMR price includes shipping.  Do the other two?  It's always good to know the final price before you order something.

Yeah I was looking and didn't see small test batches. I'll shoot them a message.

Expect the price to go up to 11-15 cents or more per bullet, and maybe no free shipping.

For reference, from Montana Gold, 124gr JHP are 9 cents when you buy a case of 3750, and 26.5 cents per bullet by the 100.
I'm not saying it will be that big of a swing, but be aware of the per bullet upcharge.
I've seen this... It's too bad, especially for first time customer testing the bullets.

That's one thing I like about Precision Bullets.  Free shipping on any quantity and very reasonable  prices on 250 bullets, $.08 each for 250 - 125gr. 9MM.

Right.  Reasonable prices on smaller lots is one of the nice things about all the coated lead companies, like Precision Bullets.

In this case, however, we're talking about Precision Delta 124gr JHP.  Different company, different style of bullet.  ;)

Just checked, and Precision Delta 124gr JHP are 11.7 cents per bullet per 1000, so you can expect the per unit price for 250 to be higher than that, and again, ask about shipping.

Or buy 2,000.  ;)  At 8.9 cents for 2000 or more, you're in the price range of plated, but for considerably better bullets.

And while we're on the topic of smaller lots, the RMR 124gr MPR JHP, which is sold on the site in smaller lots, is 13.6 per bullet for 250, or 11.2 per 500, 9.9 per 1000, or 8.9 per 3000.

This thread was cut off from another discussion because 1) it was not germane to the original topic, and 2) it was interesting enough to stand on its own merits.
