Getting rid of serrations on the factory trigger
« on: December 05, 2017, 09:23:56 AM »
As soon  as I picked up the scorpion I knew this was going to bother me. I've never had a situation where I have "slipped" off a trigger but definitely have had situations where I've been irritated by them.

The factory trigger is plastic so very easy to modify.
I hit mine with a sanding drum then 400 grit and then 800 grit. I rounded the edges a bit. Then a light buffing. It looks factory now.

Just for giggles here it is.

I very much like this idea. I might have to give it a shot.

I've reshaped several P-09/07 triggers using gray/black JB-Weld.  It can be filed to shape if you don't want the contact area flat.  Has become standard procedure for me on the polymer guns.  But I'm no where near as meticulous and skilled as Underwhere!

Nope. The serrations are superficial.
