P-10-C Stuff
« on: December 12, 2017, 03:09:44 PM »
Starting to receive our P-10-C upgrades.  This is the solid steel "T" block that holds the takedown bar in place.  Replaces the soft, plastic T-block that is of questionable durability.

Strikers, triggers, and short reset parts are coming this month.  We will be offering "In-Shop" P-10-C packages in January-18.

Will you have striker spring options at this time as well?

Great stuff sir.  I'm loving my P-01 that y'all tuned up.

Do y'all have any plans / timeline to sell the P-10 as a package with all your upgrades?  I'd rather have one tuned up and milled straight from you guys instead of buying one and shipping it out.

Keep it up!

For now, we are not offering striker springs for the P-10-C, we are going to tentatively recommend the reuse of the OEM springs.  We have not had the time to devote to analyzing the P-10-C's spring rates.

However, we are in the initial stages of upping the performance and reliability on the P-10 series.  We feel confident there is more to come.  Our goal is to offer increased durability and performance, just like we have accomplished with the existing CZ line.

We will indeed be offering complete CGW in shop, ready to purchase P-10-C packages in 2018, like we currently offer for the P-07/09, and 75 series.  We will continue to build them one at time as they are ordered and tune them to the customers preference.

We just received some P-10-C's we had stippled and we are thrilled with the results:

Here is the prototype P-10-C trigger in the "raw".  We have followed the superb contours of the old style 85C trigger which is 100% loved by everyone with a 75 series.

Trigger will have radii and contours to make it supremely comfortable and functional.  We'll be testing in the first week in Jan/18 with a release date to follow in Jan/18.

David, do you think you will be able to do a smoothing and tuning tutorial for the P-10 just like you did for the P-07/09 once all of the upgraded CGW parts are released?

Dang, it's tough being patient while waiting for these parts.  I love my P10C and cannot wait until it can become another CGW tuned sweet heart of a gun.

Same here, I really don't like the trigger dingus. Tempted by HBI, but loyal to CGW. Feeling weak though, the urge to tinker is strong.

I put an HBI trigger in my P10C and will replace it with a CGW setup once they are available.  The HBI shortened the reset a bit and it does feel good, but it didn't solve the problem with the dingus.
