CZ 70
« on: December 14, 2017, 03:35:26 PM »
Ordered a set of Klinsky grips for my cz-70, parkerizing job complete,...just the shade of grey i wanted, Harrington firing pin installed, works great, much better trigger action both single and double action...still a heavy pull on double, but smooth, not rough and gritty like the cap guns we had as kids...and good accuracy. 6 of 9 deliberate aimed shots from 12 meters all in the orange bull on an 16 inch "Shoot-n-See", 2 flyers were in the 10 ring, 1 in the 9 ring. Not IPSC,but good enough for self defense...  Will post  on how the whole process went, and photo of the completed project.

Ok, lessee if this works.. And again...Kudos to Klinsky Grips...fast turn-around, and an exceptional product. Top is what I started out with...bottom is finished project.
...And photobucket wants $399 to post a couple of photos....screw them...

Thx!!! Now, just wish I could do a few more of these and sell them...but could never recover what it takes to produce this result...LOL!!! Just like classic cars...Better to buy one already finished than try and restore on yourself...unless of course you are in that business yourself...

Photobucket wants $399 just to ;post one photo here...to heck mit that... Anyway, here's the three I wanted to post...target shots were at 15 meters...good enough for self defense...3 flyers, bottom shots at 5 oclock not part of this string.
Finished project

What it started out like...
