I like it...

I got a .32 gun in my pocket for fun...

What ID said x10.
Eyes snap to specific  target POA.  Sights follow.  Front site appears.  Bang.
That would draw my eyes to the rear like a magnet.  Maybe just cuz I'm old and not as flexible as in prior years. :-[
But,  I'm the guy who suggested the front sight FO should be square instead of round so they align with the top of the rear.

Not my cup of tea. Interesting idea though.

I've heard the same thing about the solid rear sight (no FOs on the rear) being non-distracting so you can focus on the front. I am still going to try it out this way and see how she does. I do think that my eyes at least pick up the green better/faster than the red, so I will probably switch the colors around and try it that way. Another option is to use smaller dots or even white or brass dots, or even some other type of solid filler that is easily to removable/replace. The BEST thing about this is swapping them around is EL-CHEAPO! And that's definitely what I need after Christmas!

I talked to my machining guy and he is planning on finishing the newer set tonight! Now I'm conflicted on whether to go hunting or go to the range. I don't think he is going to be able to backcut or serrate this round/version, but that would be my preferance for the 3rd round.

Stay Tuned! More pics coming soon!

Update:

Since these Lo Boys will be riding the slide, I might have to deepen the front a little bit. we will see, will have in hand tomorrow.

Hi everyone, newageroman is local to me and asked for some assistance with the sights.

The "bubba" that over sized the first set was me, not quite understanding what he was after.

Second try above I decided that it was easier to to make a whole new sight on the CNC than modify the original. Much better results with precision reamed holes done on the CNC instead of the Bridgeport.

Only real issue to correct is my engraving tool shaved off the top corner of the ledge. Simulation wasn't as accurate as it needed to be. Chalk it up to my inexperience as a cnc machinist.

Anyway, any questions I can answer feel free to ask.

Still working out a few details on the milling of the sights so in the meantime I went back and put in new sticks. heated them with soldering iron and set them. One still needs a little more love, but a good example of what is doable with a file, a drill and 3$.

Well, You guys were correct. I shot this pistol last weekend with the green delta in front and red dots in back. I tried to focus on the green front, but was naturally distracted by the rears. I think they would be great for accurate shooting, just not action shooting.

So..., the new plan is to file, backcut and serrate the next rear. The front will probably just get a simple big red FO.

more to come...
