Shadow 2 Grips
« on: December 20, 2017, 05:02:40 PM »
This will be strictly for a shadow2, competition gun...

Im feeling the aluminum grips will get slippery...

What recommendations are out there?

Henning?s grips are also a very viable option.  I have a couple pairs. I really like them.
Pretty much a CZ fanboy.

VZ's look great.

Who is the VZ knockoff manufacturer out there?

My Palmswell, LOK's arrived just this afternoon. A few observations; they ARE big. They feel great in my size 12 hands. I take XL or even XXL gloves and these feel just perfect.

My third set, have them on a PO1 and a 75B, but they ARE grippy/rough.

They fit perfectly. No slipping, no BS having to MAKE them fit.

I recently bought a few sets of VZ's for my PCR and they don't compare at all. They seem cheap compared to the LOK's.

I'm in the process of sculpting new grips out of a piece of teak. I shall add a thumb rest on the left one. When done, I'll post the result. I like teak because it has a smooth feeling and stays dry. The inside needs to be varnished to avoid oil stains.

LOK palm swell grips. I've got the LOK checkered blue grips - look great.
