I've had some luck with the Beretta 84 springs from Wolff (I bought a 3 pack of the +10%). There is some DIY modification required (bending the spring coils), but it's a pretty decent fit. The main difference is the Beretta spring has fewer coils than the factory CZ spring, but it does not seem to significantly affect function.

Based on this thread, Browning BDA springs may work as well.
