I've decided that my CZ elbow may not actually be from shooting itself.
It might actually be Dillon elbow instead....

Are you using the ball or the "ergo" handle ?

What is the height of your handle end versus your shoulder in the operating position ?

This is why I buy blue bullets as they're cheaper, ship WAAAY faster, and shoot better in my guns. I gave up on X-treme a couple years ago.

They are not cheaper when you hit one of Xtreme Bullets sales with free shipping. When you factor in shipping I Xtreme is $.01 cheaper per bullet. If you know going in that shipping could take a bit then it is not an issue. I order 5,000 plus bullets from on the Pre black Friday 20% off sale.

My Black Friday order took five weeks to get. A recent order took 11 days from order to at my door so maybe they are getting it fixed.

I'n still using the ball on my old 450.
The press position is fine.

I'm simply paying the price for all the stupid stuff I've done to my body over the years.
I have Dillon or CZ hips, and knees and shoulders, and elbows and lower back - all at once!

Went to Cabela's today after leaving the range.
Even though I just bought 4,000 Extreme projectiles....
I still bought some Barry's projectiles because they were on sale for $63.74 per 1,000 round box today.
I bought all they had at that price.
No shipping, no waiting.
I just couldn't help myself. LOL

Of course THAT meant I had to buy matching primers and more powder.
Yeah, it's a sickness.
