TS / TSO mag springs / stock follower question
« on: February 12, 2018, 07:25:41 AM »
I have a 3 x new stock 9mm and 3 x new 40 cal mags; and just bought a few Springer TS 140mm basepads being hopeful of getting 20 rounds of 40 or 23 rounds of 9mm - but with the stock spring and follower they are really tough to load, and all seems to get hung up once loaded up. what am i doing wrong here?

I've found the only way to get smooth functioning 40 S&W magazines that hold 20-rounds are to use the Springer 140mm base pads with Grams followers and springs

Another vote for Grams followers (along with your favorite extended base pad, I prefer CZC) when trying to stuff 20 rounds in a .40 TS mag.
