You have to enter your shipping zip code and get the shipping estimate, then enter the code.

Apparently their shipping department is a bit backed up so be patient (unlike me who emailed asking about shipment,.... selfishly).

Response was they "sold over 1,000 of these mags since Friday".

Nice problem to have!

Is that a typo..... Did you mean 3/1? 

I placed my order on 3/1 and have now just seen my shipping confirmation as well.

Their site says 3-5 days excluding weekends, so no reason to complain.
